Will Call Policy

To our Valued Customers,

Masters has always worked to be honest in our dispatching to ensure we schedule only when we can realistically accommodate your order. Masters makes every effort to accommodate our customers and meet their construction plans and schedules, however, challenges such as weather, jobsite delays, and cancellations affect Masters and our valued customers. As we move into the traditional busiest time of the year, we are implementing the following policy in order to improve our availability.

Please note: Effective 9/1/24

• First and second round deliveries fill up quickly. To secure these time slots, customers should order a minimum of 2-3 days in advance.
• Orders can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance or up to 14 days for orders over 200 yds.
• Firm orders will take priority over Will-Calls.
• Will-Calls: No more than 2 Will-Call orders may be scheduled for the same pour (1 order and 1 back-up order)
• Will-Calls will now require confirmation of first and second round orders by 10:00 am the day prior to the order being delivered. All other orders must be confirmed by 12:00 pm the day prior to delivery.
• Masters reserves the right to cancel any Will-Call order not confirmed per the above guidelines. Charges for late cancellations may apply.
• Release orders ASAP as we cannot hold trucks
• Phantom orders will not be accepted as this unnecessarily holds time slots when not used or cancelled.
• Orders cancelled with less than 1hr notice of scheduled delivery time may be subject to charges
• Order confirmations, alterations, or cancellations must be made by speaking directly to dispatch via phone. Voicemails, emails, or texts will not be accepted.

For the best results:

• Plan ahead as realistically as possible
• Regularly communicate with dispatch - 570-289-4191 (Option 2)
• Provide as much information as possible at the time of order
• Order accurate quantities, “adding on” to your order will cause delays

Our normal hours of delivery are from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Our Saturday delivery schedule normally goes until the start of bad weather in late October (7am-12pm). Deliveries earlier than 7am or after hours times are available Monday through Friday with notice. Additional charges may apply.
